About the Arkansas market

The two anchors behave unusually: Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas are separated by a trivial amount despite Northwest Arkansas being the faster-growing and wealthier region, so unlike almost everywhere else the primary metro carries no real premium. What Arkansas does have is a deep sub-market below the level most states' data captures, made up of chapels and small ceremony venues, concentrated around Eureka Springs and the Ozarks.
