14 Best Wedding Venues on Florida's Space Coast (2026 Guide)

The Space Coast is the only wedding market in the country where a rocket launch is a legitimate part of the planning conversation. Brevard County runs 72 miles down the Atlantic from Titusville to Sebastian Inlet, with Kennedy Space Center in the middle of it, and on a launch day the sky over the Indian River does something no venue can put in a brochure.

Beyond that, this is an underrated and genuinely affordable coastal market. Melbourne has the density, Cocoa Village and Titusville have the historic architecture, Merritt Island and the barrier island have the water, and the farm country west of Palm Bay and Malabar has the acreage. Prices run well below the coasts on either side.

Quick context on Space Coast pricing

Published starting packages run from $1,500 to $12,000, with the median at $3,500 (n=8). That is a thin sample and directional rather than authoritative, but it is consistent with what the inventory looks like: a mid-market coastal county without a deep luxury tier, sitting between the pricier Daytona coast to the north and the Treasure Coast to the south.

Three venues publish under $1,500, at a median of $500. The Space Coast has less of that hourly-hall tier than most Florida markets.

The all-inclusive properties

1. Up the Creek Farms

An all-inclusive venue on 8 acres of Old Florida landscape in Malabar, with luxury indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces for 25 to 175 guests. Published from $500 to $40,000, which is not a data error: it spans an elopement package through a full luxury weekend. It is the best-known wedding property in the county and it deserves the reputation.

2. The Banyan Estate

A historic 1927 property in Malabar with indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 130, published at $3,500 to $12,000. Note one condition: the venue requires a wedding planner for all weddings. That is a real cost to budget for, and it is also a signal about how they run events, which some couples will read as a positive.

3. Harbour House Oceanfront Venue

A private oceanfront venue in Indian Harbour Beach with all-inclusive packages covering beachfront ceremony and reception for up to 85 guests. Published at $8,975 to $9,940. Genuinely on the ocean, genuinely private, and priced clearly. It is the best true oceanfront wedding on this page.

4. Sterling Stables

Brevard County's largest barn venue, on 52 acres of rural farmland in Cocoa, with air-conditioned barn spaces, bridal and groom suites, and inclusive packages. Published at $5,000 to $5,500 with a capacity floor of 164. Air conditioning in a Florida barn is the detail that matters most and this one leads with it.

5. Grand Manor

An all-inclusive freestanding venue in Melbourne with a large ballroom, an outdoor patio, in-house catering, linens, design services, and dedicated bridal and groom suites, taking up to 200. The related Renaissance Catering operation runs two facilities with six ballrooms between them, handling 50 to 500 guests, which makes it the practical answer for a large Brevard wedding.

6. Sprengergarten

A luxury venue on 18 acres in Melbourne with customizable indoor and outdoor spaces, European-influenced design, an in-house executive chef, and full planning support. An executive chef on staff is unusual outside the resort tier, and it makes this the food-forward choice in the county.

7. One Oak at Hemingway's Tavern

An outdoor ceremony space beneath oak trees paired with an upscale 3,000 square foot indoor reception hall, seating 120 or holding 175 for cocktails, with in-house catering from affiliated restaurants. Melbourne's most polished combination of ceremony and reception on one site.

8. Bonita Ranch

A Mediterranean-style garden venue on Lake Washington Road in Melbourne for 10 to 120 guests, built around an on-site plant nursery that is integrated into the whole experience. The planting is the design, which means the venue looks different in every season and never looks generic.

9. The Guava Manor

A hybrid co-working and event venue in Melbourne's Eau Gallie Arts District, hosting weddings and receptions for 50 to 70 in an indoor-outdoor setting with a full kitchen and bridal suite. Eau Gallie is the most interesting neighborhood in the county and a good place to put out-of-town guests.

10. Serenity Venue

A 3,600 square foot space in Melbourne for up to 130 guests, with three tiered wedding packages covering coordination, decor, and catering options. Published at $2,750 to $7,000. The tiered structure makes it easy to see exactly what your money buys, which is rarer than it should be.

Titusville, Cocoa, and Merritt Island

11. Black and White Venue

An elegant venue on Main Street in Titusville with Indian River views and, directly across the water, the Cape Canaveral launch pads, holding up to 100 with indoor and outdoor spaces. This is the venue with the rocket-launch backdrop. Titusville sits at the closest publicly accessible point to the pads, and a launch during your cocktail hour is a genuinely singular thing. Launch schedules move constantly, so treat it as a bonus rather than a plan.

12. Field Manor

A historic waterfront property on Merritt Island for 100 to 140 guests. Merritt Island sits between the Indian and Banana rivers and Field Manor is one of the few genuinely historic homes on it, which makes it the county's best combination of water and period architecture.

13. The Old Florida House

An intimate 1,500 square foot venue in historic Cocoa Village for up to 60 guests, explicitly welcoming do-it-yourself planning with bring-your-own bar and bring-your-own vendors. That flexibility makes it the cheapest way to a good small wedding in the county, and Cocoa Village itself is walkable and full of restaurants.

14. Beach Place Guesthouses

An oceanfront property in Cocoa Beach with guesthouses, gardens, and beach access, for 10 to 100 guests, positioned around multi-day guest experiences. Cocoa Beach is the classic Space Coast beach town, and having the party sleep on site removes the A1A traffic problem.

Also worth a tour

Dragonfly Farms in Palm Bay has a climate-controlled reception barn, a covered pavilion ceremony space, and a terrace for 30 to 140. Rockledge Gardens is a 5-acre garden center with an indoor room and a pavilion for up to 56. Cocoa Riverfront Park offers nearly 10 acres of public riverfront with pavilions, an amphitheater, and a boardwalk, at municipal pricing. Pritchard House in Titusville is a historic property run by the North Brevard Heritage Foundation. Café Margaux in Cocoa handles fine-dining private events. And Harvest Thyme Kitchen, a 1919 craftsman house in downtown Melbourne, is the right answer for a bridal shower or a rehearsal tea rather than the wedding itself.

Two things specific to the Space Coast

Check the launch schedule, in both directions. A launch can be the best thing that happens at your wedding, and it can also fill every hotel room in Titusville and clog the causeways with viewing traffic. Launch dates slip constantly, often by days, so you cannot plan around them precisely. What you can do is ask your venue what a launch weekend does to local traffic and lodging, because they will know exactly.

This coast is quieter and cheaper than its neighbors, and the tradeoff is inventory. Thirty-three listable venues is a small market, and the good ones book out. If you have a specific date, start earlier here than you would in Orlando or Tampa, because there is simply less to fall back on. The upside is that Orlando is an hour away, so your vendor pool, photographers, florists, caterers, is far deeper than the venue count suggests. Many Orlando vendors work Brevard routinely.

What to ask on the tour

Ask about air conditioning in the reception space, which on this coast separates the usable barns from the seasonal ones. Ask whether the venue requires a planner or a preferred-vendor list, since at least one property on this list mandates a planner and that is real money.
