16 Best Wedding Venues in Orlando & Central Florida (2026 Guide)

·6 min read

Orlando has more wedding venues than any other market in Florida. Our catalog places roughly 150 wedding-relevant venues in Central Florida, well ahead of Tampa Bay and more than double Miami. That depth is the region's real advantage: whatever look and budget you have in mind, Central Florida almost certainly has three versions of it.

The other advantage is guests. Orlando is the easiest place in Florida to fly people into, with lodging at every price point already built for tourism. For a wedding with out-of-town family, that solves a problem other Florida markets cannot.

Central Florida sorts into four distinct venue markets: downtown Orlando, the historic estates and gardens north and west of the city, the Lake County countryside, and the Polk County value belt around Lakeland and Winter Haven. Below are the 16 we would point a couple to first.

For the statewide picture, see how much a Florida wedding costs and our venue cost by region comparison.

Quick context on Orlando venue pricing

Central Florida's median published starting package is $4,000, which puts it squarely mid-market: level with Tampa Bay, above Jacksonville at $3,500 and Naples at $3,200, and below Miami at $5,000 and the Treasure Coast at $5,250. The range is enormous, from $1,500 for a simple space to $50,000 for all-inclusive estate packages, and that spread is the point. Orlando is one of the few Florida markets where you can genuinely choose your price tier without changing region.

All-in budgets here commonly land in the $28,000 to $45,000 range for 100 to 150 guests.

Two things to check before you book in Central Florida

Air conditioning is not a luxury here. Any barn or pavilion venue you tour between May and October should be air-conditioned, not "open air with fans." Several venues on this list advertise climate control specifically because it is the difference between a comfortable reception and a miserable one.

Ask about the afternoon storm plan. Central Florida gets near-daily thunderstorms from June through September, and they arrive on a schedule. A venue with a genuine covered plan B, rather than "we would move you inside," is worth paying for. Our best months to get married in Florida guide covers how to time a ceremony around it.
